Ha! You made me laugh. Growing up I called Brussels Sprouts "Little Balls of Rot." HATED the smell of them cooking in the house. I still can't make myself eat them. Look at them all the time at the farmers market and try to nudge myself toward them -- I've failed miserably this year to try them again. But I did buy pickled brussels sprouts for my father in law! Thanks for the illustration!
