I know how that feels. I'll have a lot of ideas in my head, and I can picture the characters. But sometimes when I get ready to sketch it out, it's like I forgot how to draw.
Sometimes I have to walk away from a sketch and just come back to it later. That way I'm not forcing myself to draw right then.
