| Mornings are so cold that even the trees shiver. |

| But the snow is sparkling. |

| So I put on my snowshoes and we walk to the edge of the woods. |

| We look back at our mountain where we usually walk but in winter it is only for skiers. |

| That's okay. We can still enjoy fresh powder. |
